Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow up on the tracking information to ensure successful delivery.
Uncollected Orders
If an order is returned to us due to failure to collect it from the designated pick-up point, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for resending the order.
Damaged Goods
In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged goods, you must report the damage within 2 days of receiving the item. The following documentation is required:

Clear pictures of the box.

Pictures of the packaging materials used.

A picture of the shipping label.

Pictures showing the damage on both the box and the item itself.
We will initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company based on the submitted information. If the claim is successful, we will ship out a replacement item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue either a partial or full refund based on the insurance investigation's outcome. Please note that any damage reported after 2 days of receiving the item will not qualify for insurance coverage.
Signing for Good Reception
By signing for the reception of your order, you confirm that it has been received in good condition without damage. If you notice any damage to the box or the item, we strongly advise inspecting the item before accepting and signing. Once signed, the item is considered received in satisfactory condition and will not be eligible for any insurance solutions.
Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. We do not perform address checks, and any errors in the address are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All our orders are carefully packed and shipped with insurance to provide coverage in case of damage during transit.
