How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on where you’re located, but we always ship your order within a maximum of 3 working days.

Here’s an overview of the estimated delivery times per region:

USA: 3–8 working days
EU: 1–7 working days

Rest of the world: 3–12 working days

Please note that standard or free shipping can sometimes experience delays beyond our control.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Oh no! Sometimes it could happen items arrive with transport damage. No worries. Please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order so we can help right away.

To process your damage claim, we’ll need the following photos:

The damaged item
The packaging material
The shipping label
The outside of the box
The inside of the box

Once we’ve received all the information, we’ll take care of it quickly — either by sending a replacement or arranging a refund.

Can i return a product?

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’d like to return an item, we’re happy to help — as long as it’s in its original packaging.

Here’s how it works:

EU customers: returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order.
Non-EU customers: returns are accepted within 5 days after delivery.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We recommend using insured and tracked shipping, as we can’t issue a refund if a return is lost or damaged in transit.
For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties or re-import fees charged when the item re-enters Belgium will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
