Ordering & Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, if you can checkout at our shop, we ship to your country. Last year we shipped over 5000 orders to the USA, over 25000 orders within the EU and over 3000 orders to the rest of the world.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. We do ship your order within a maximum of 3 working days. Shipping estimates per region are as follows:

USA transit time: 3-8 working days

EU: 1-7 working days

UK: 2-7 working days

Rest of the world: 3- 12 working days

Standard or free shipping can always be subject to delays. We offer the option to purchase an express shipping upgrade. Your order will then be shipped with express shipping by UPS to guarantee a swift delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

For most of our shipping locations we do offer free shipping. Which will be standard shipping and where we can’t guarantee a definite delivery date. Express shipping upgrade is possible for every order and for everyone who needs their order fast.

Do i need to pay taxes and customs duties?

For customers outside of the EU, it may be possible you will be charged customs when the item arrives in your country. For the USA this is only the case for orders over 800 USD. All items purchased below 800 USD are free of custom duties. You can always contact us to inquire about possible custom duties on your order via our contact page. Always check your local tax regulations.

Do you offer express or tracked shipping?

We offer the option to purchase an express shipping upgrade. Your order will then be shipped with express shipping by UPS to guarantee a swift delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

All orders can be cancelled as long as their not yet shipped. Once the order is shipped cancellation isn’t possible anymore. However, you can always return the order for a full refund within the terms and conditions stated below.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for items in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order (for EU countries) or within 5 days after delivery (for non-EU countries).

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is lost or damaged during return transit, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. For this reason, we strongly recommend using insured and tracked shipping when returning your item.

For customers outside the EU, any customs duties charged upon re-entry into Belgium will be deducted from your refund.

How do I return a product?

We recommend returning items in their original packaging to ensure safe transport.

When returning your parcel, you are responsible for insuring the shipment, as we cannot accept or refund damaged products.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can easily return your item and order a new one of your choice.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

All damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your item.
To process a damage claim, please provide the following information:

Multiple Photos of the damage to the item
Multiple Photos of the packaging material
Multiple Photos of the shipping label
Multiple Photos of the outer box
Multiple Photos of the inner box

Once we have received all required details, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments for secure and reliable transactions.
Most international payment methods are accepted, and local payment options are also available for your convenience.

At checkout, you will see all available payment methods based on your location.

Is your website secure for online purchases?

Our website is fully secure and safe for online purchases.
Shopify Payments provides a protected and encrypted payment environment, ensuring that your personal and payment information is always handled with the highest level of security.

Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?

You can view all your orders at any time by logging into your customer account.

After placing an order, you will also receive an email confirmation with all order details.

Garden & Outdoor Items

Are your garden decorations weatherproof?

Most of our pieces are handcrafted from bronze, metal, and iron.
Items designed for outdoor use can remain outside all year round. However, noble materials naturally evolve with the seasons, enhancing the unique charm and character of each object over time.

Depending on the material, specific care and maintenance advice may apply.

Can bronze statues stay outside year-round?

These materials may require limited maintenance once or twice a year, depending on the type of metal and exposure to the elements

Do I need to maintain or treat outdoor bronze items?

Bronze statues may naturally develop a light oxidation over time, which contributes to their authentic patina and character.

To keep your sculpture looking its best:

- Clean gently with water if there are marks such as bird droppings.
- Apply bronze wax once or twice a year to create a protective layer and maintain the bronze’s natural glow.
- You may also use a light silicone spray occasionally to enhance protection and preserve the finish.

With this simple care, your bronze sculpture will remain beautiful for many years, both indoors and outdoors.

Do I need to maintain or treat outdoor Cast iron items?

Cast iron pieces that are patinated or painted can be treated once a year with a silicone spray or a transparent protective coating to help prevent rusting and maintain their finish.

Cast iron items with a natural rust patina should not be treated. Their beautiful rust surface evolves naturally with the seasons — becoming darker in winter and lighter in summer, adding to the piece’s authentic character and timeless charm.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

At the moment, we don’t operate a physical store or showroom. All our collections are available online, so you can explore everything from the comfort of your home.
