How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on where you’re located, but we always ship your order within a maximum of 3 working days.
Here’s an overview of the estimated delivery times per region:
- USA: 3–8 working days
- EU: 1–7 working days
- UK: 2–7 working days
- Rest of the world: 3–12 working days
Please note that standard or free shipping can sometimes experience delays beyond our control.
If you’d like your order faster, you can choose our Express Shipping upgrade — your package will then be shipped with UPS Express for a guaranteed swift delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Oh no! Sometimes it could happen items arrive with transport damage. No worries. Please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order so we can help right away.
To process your damage claim, we’ll need the following photos:
- The damaged item
- The packaging material
- The shipping label
- The outside of the box
- The inside of the box
Once we’ve received all the information, we’ll take care of it quickly — either by sending a replacement or arranging a refund.

Can i return a product?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’d like to return an item, we’re happy to help — as long as it’s in its original packaging.
Here’s how it works:
- EU customers: returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Non-EU customers: returns are accepted within 5 days after delivery.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- We recommend using insured and tracked shipping, as we can’t issue a refund if a return is lost or damaged in transit.
- For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties or re-import fees charged when the item re-enters Belgium will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
