Delivery times depend on where you’re located, but we always ship your order within a maximum of 3 working days.

Here’s an overview of the estimated delivery times per region:

• USA: 3–8 working days
  
• EU: 1–7 working days
  
• UK: 2–7 working days
  
• Rest of the world: 3–12 working days
  

Please note that standard or free shipping can sometimes experience delays beyond our control.

If you’d like your order faster, you can choose our Express Shipping upgrade — your package will then be shipped with UPS Express for a guaranteed swift delivery.

Oh no! Sometimes it could happen items arrive with transport damage. No worries. Please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order so we can help right away.

To process your damage claim, we’ll need the following photos:

• The damaged item
  
• The packaging material
  
• The shipping label
  
• The outside of the box
  
• The inside of the box
  

Once we’ve received all the information, we’ll take care of it quickly — either by sending a replacement or arranging a refund.

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’d like to return an item, we’re happy to help — as long as it’s in its original packaging.

Here’s how it works:

• EU customers: returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order.
  
• Non-EU customers: returns are accepted within 5 days after delivery.
  

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  
• We recommend using insured and tracked shipping, as we can’t issue a refund if a return is lost or damaged in transit.
  
• For returns from outside the EU, any customs duties or re-import fees charged when the item re-enters Belgium will be deducted from your refund.
  

Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
